Intercape Bus Drives Into Me

At 18h09 1 November an Intercape Mainliner Bus with Number Plate ICG084 GP Drove into me..

I was going to Park Station and in the inner lane (next to the pavement) of loveday street at the corner of Leyd Street and as I am turning into Leyd Street around a huge pothole a bus comes out of the far lane and tries to overtake me and drives into my car. The buses aren't supposed to be coming out of no where speedily overtaking small cars, driving the same way that taxis do. Now I sit with damages to my car and WORST OF ALL the bus driver tries to pin his bad driving on me because I couldn't reverse quick enough in my car!!!
