Intercape bus drivers do what they like and are ****** towards white people

Well from past travels around South Africa i have only heard good things about Intercape. So i thought lets give them a Go. As i was traveling far and needed to be comfortable. Last week i booked a bus ticket with intercape travelling from Richards Bay to Swellendam. From Richards bay i was on a small bus to Durban which was very pleasant and had no issues at all. The staff were courteous and professional. Well all the wheels fell off from that point where i transferred to Big Blue intercity run by Intercape. Well i wiuld not send a dead body on that bus. On climbing onboard and departing i shuffled to the toilet to find no soap or toilet paper, when telling the staff they shrugged me off. After that the trip went well until iur first stop at about 10am un Kokstad where the driver had a accident with a stationary pole that held us up for 30 munutes at the One Stop and then a further 20 minutes at the police station. Most of us fell asleep after that and the next stop was in Umthata around 1 am and we got 15 minutes to stretch legs get some food. I fell asleep and woke at about 7am. Now generally i would use the toilet onboard but no toilet paper , and 3 years previous to this i gad to have my prostrate removed and that makes bladder and bowel movements unpredictable so i asked the dricer if we could stop and ge said no only in 4 hours. I then explained about the Cancer and my prostrate and he laughed and loudly in Zulu embarrassed me alliwing the entire bus to hear. Thankfully the people on the bus wanted that stop to and another passenger without my knowledge contacted Intercape. I spoke to someone on the website Chat line. But the people on the bus were more upset about the fact that the Bus drivers , both the one driving and the one off duty made ****** comments in there native tongue towards me. I could pick up a bit of the Zulu but not enough to get as cross as them.
