Intercape bus drivers

<p>I'm in a bus from East London to Durban . We've asked and begged both bus drivers to turn the heater on for us because we were cold, they both ignored us instead they kept on chatting and laughing together. This is a very bad customer service we as customers have to be their first priority, I mean we pay these people's salaries. The heater was working when we got in the bus in EL so this means they simply didn't want to put it on for us. We are still in this cold room by the way, hoping to be still alive by the time we get off. </p>
