Intercape bus driver left me stranded in East London

Bus driver left me stranded, from East London to Durban, drive left the station before departure time, and told me I'm wasting his time and left me. The bus company refused to refund me, the level of customer service at the company is nonexistent, call center agents are unwilling to help.
