Intercape Bus disaster

On Friday 19 April 2024 I Logan Fillis took the bus from Pretoria to Cookhouse with ticket number ***OQ582-SLEEPLINER. The trip was extremely unpleasant to say the least. Aside from the horrible service I received, the bus broke down 70km outside Cradock at approximately 3:15am and we waited for over 4 hours for a replacement bus. It was absolutely exhausting keeping in mind the amount of hours I'd already endured on the road. In addition there was water dripping on me from the aircon resulting in me being both wet and cold for most of my journey. I'm disgusted by how painfully ********** my Intercape experience was seeing as just a few weeks prior I had made use of them from Bloemfontein to Pretoria where I had a similar experience, but I was not entirely detoured from making use of their service, however having experienced this kind of service from Intercape back to back leaves one highly dissatisfied.
