Intercape bus departing from Durban station to Cape Town station

I accompanied my son travelling to Cape Town to take an Intercape bus, departing at 16:45….I checked in for my son and everything was okay. The bus number was 901…I proceeded to take the suitcase to the bus, the big Xhosa driver shouted where are you going Sisi, I said I am acompanying my son to Cape Town…he said say Kapa, and didn’t even bother to take the bag, I said bhuti you can call it Cape Town or kapa it’s fine but am rushing to complete an indemnity form for my son…when I came back he attacked me verbally infront of other clients saying “ndisile”….I asked him what did I do because Cape Town and kapa is the same, when I was just tired of him arguing with me, I asked for his details coz he was threatening to beat me up because he said I had an attitude…he refused to give his name and asked me what am I going to do with it.
