Intercape Bus Delays

It is always a Pleasure doing business with Intercape. Their Bloemfontein offices are clean and neat, Staff very frindly and professional. I love the electronic board they have in their office which showes the busses schedules. However, it would be nicer if they could also notift their clients/passengers via sms if the bus is going to be more than an hour late. Instead of spending hours at the Tourists Centre, waiting for a bus that would be an hour or two hours late. We are nearing winter now and you can all imagine how it would feel freezing outside, waiting for a bus that is delayed. While you could have waited for it at the warmth and comfort of your home and avoid being sick unnecessarily.
