Intercape Bus Delay Over 3hrs

Intercape you did us wrong with the 8h20am bus Cape Town to Bloemfontein via Pretoria .... 3hrs and we are still waiting. When we call head office you don't pick up our calls anymore. Grow up... It's 10h55 and we are still waiting what technical issues. And this is not the first time.
