Intercape bus

I have read many reviews and have seen a lot of negative comment. Firstly, I would like to say the the drivers were professional, polite and helpful. Sadly there is now no hostess on the bus, this means the drivers have added duties. At no point did I feel unsafe as a result of the drivers standard of driving. Secondly. The problem does not directly come from the drivers, either they have not been told or have have no idea how to make the adjustments. My chief complaint is The the air-conditioning is way too cold. A good airctemp is between 23 to 24 degrees Celsius. The bus is not on time because people arrive late. Are rude, don't care about others, and they are the ones who make the toilet dirty. How is a bus driver supposed to clean the toilet, it starts off clean, so customers are the problem. In the past I travelled often with intercape, the bus left on time because it left on time and did not wait for people. It is unfair to expect a driver to wait for you if you are late one person can and does affect every person the bus. if you as a single person are late, bring too much luggage and behave in a poor manner.
