INTERCAPE BUS CAPE TOWN DEPOT STOLE MY STUFF- VERY DISSAPOINTED

I boarded a bus from PE to CT on 24 January (6am - 16:35) , immediately when I arrived home phoned *** and reported that I forgot my stuff in the compartment on top of the seats, the lady asked me to hold on , someone went to check in the bus. My bag was found and I was told to come and collect it. Went to collect Saturday security could remember my bag because someone told them to keep it in the security room but it was nowhere to be found, I was told It could have been moved to the LOST/BACK OFFICE , I must call Monday. I have been calling since then and be put on hold with different answers ...fact is they STOLE my belongings. No proper complaints structure , no supervisors to talk too....
