Intercape Bus - BAD SERVICE!!

Intercape - BAD SERVICE!! Sadly how I was treated poorly by Intercape buses in RSA, Butterworth. I was at the Intercape pick-up spot on Friday 4 Oct since 2pm for a 16h20 bus. Budgetliner and Express came pass, I loaded my luggage and when I was about to enter the bus, the driver told me my name was not on his list and I should wait for another bus which was still coming. An hour later no bus show. I started phoning customer service and I was told my bus was there and I was the only person that did not get on (SHOCKING) because that is a lie. I waited with the hope my name would be on the next bus. The Mainliner arrived at 8pm (it was also 3 hours late for the scheduled time) my name was not on the list either. They left me stranded as a 72-year-old woman. The driver closed the doors in my face and they drove off like I was a nobody!!! I have never experienced such bad treatment as a Senior Citizen, It left me traumatized. I will never take Intercape Bus again nor will I recommend it to anyone. They stole my R518. Bad service I have ever seen in my life.
