My wife booked 7 Seats online for us and the children. When we were about to board the bus driver who had no nametag informed us that we can seat anywhere we like when we asked if we could be accommodated with seat to seat together we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. My daughters aged 3 and 5 had to sit with strangers. All 7 of us couldn't even get a double seat where we would give our children attention. This is very disappointing and so against Christian values which are centered around the family as a unit. Another white couple was escorted by the drive to a seat somewhere at the back of the bus...is it because we are black?
I contacted the call centre to complain about this matter and the operator who identified herself as Vicky told me that there's nothing she can do if the driver cannot accommodate us. Was this because we are black?
