Intercape Bus

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and punctuality. I booked a bus from Midrand to Durban, supposedly leaving at 08:30pm however we were not notified about any changes we had to ask 'where is the bus' so we were told the bus has mechanical issue the mechanic is still busy with it. We left Midrand station at 9 using another bus and at Park Station we were asked to change busses of which was a lot of admin for us.
