Intercape Bus 501 👎

Disappointed is an understatement with intercape we booked an intercape mainliner bus from Durban to Pretoria on 8.10.2023.Bus 501 was supposed to arrive at 10 in the morning but the bus only arrived 30 minutes late no one saw the need to communicate with us and advise us what's going on.Next thing we are given Big sky bus to travel with ,which had a smelly toilet ,space between the seats and passage is too small if you adjust your seat it affects the person behind you ..the only communication we got was from the bus driver that they had technical issues with an intercape bus and had to give us the smelly blue sky bus.The blue sky bus also compromises our safety since they just stop anywhere they want to drop off people.Intercape has became the worst 😩😩...the least they could have done was sent us an apology message since we won't even be given a refund on the difference between the prices of the two buses
