Intercape budget liner is a joke.

When intercape came up with the budget liner coach, they didn’t consider comfort for a person who will be travelling for 12 hours max. The seats are small and not comfortable,and with no arm rests. The size of the seats is not reasonable at all, my butt cheek was hanging. It’s a joke of a bus. My back and neck are still painful😫 intercape really needs to do something about this coach.
