Intercape bud

I was travelling from Midrand to Cape Town on the 17th July 2023. I was then told my seat no. Is 29. The bus arrived and noticed that my seat was not in a good state as I was unable to adjust it, it just flipped all the was down inconveniencing the passenger at my back. I had to sit with no balance from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein. The driver told me that he cant do anything as the bus was coming from the Depo. Please intercape do better and i was 30% of my ticket money as I sat uncomfortable in your bus
