Intercape bad services

I am so disappointed in the service I have received as they have always been my trusted busline.

I was calm and understanding when the bus driver told me that my bag was ****** and followed his advice and steps to follow regarding my lost bag. The lady who assisted was very understanding and very helpful. She ask me to submit an affidavit which did. Then I thought my hope will be to restore Intercape service thinking it will sort quickly with no worry. however since then, I contacted the company every day afterward regarding the ****** bag for 4 days they have just been giving me a runaround, which cause me to lose all respect for the company as still have not received any information, and unfortunately have had endured expenses to get clothing which was not budget.
