Intercape bad service

Good day

I buyed a ticket from your offices.. attached. My husband must pick up my car at 10h00 tomorrow mornng in Joburg and he was there at 2 to get on the bus... 2 Bussed passed and said he cannot get on the ticket was cancelled but here is the ticket and none one cancelled.

I am not happy it is the second time that it happens . I am not going to leave it here.. i am so disappointed and going to take it further...i am holding intercape liable if i lost my cars money and also to get my car here tomorrow...

It was paid and all of a sudden he is not listed... how does that work...
