Intercape Bad Service

Tickets have been changed : ***JW471 – Virginia Williams 17th from Jhb to Oudtshoorn. A penalty fee of 113.00 was paid with my credit card.

But the person has not emailed the updated tickets cause Intercape is useless!! Off the 5 times I called no one can help me!!!

***OZ151 also for Virginia Williams changed to 28 April from Oudtshoorn to JHB. 113 was deducted from my credit card!

Please fix this or refund my cash. We have a family emergency and are upset About the extra charges and how *********** the staff is.

We even went to JHB Intercape at Parkstation on Friday and the guy refused to help us. Said we booked online so we must call in and change it online.!
