Intercape bad service

My experience was terrible. I ordered a bus ride to Nelspruit that was supposed to depart at 19:55 from Engen Big Bird 1 Stop (N1), MIDRAND. When I got there I asked the people working on the site and other bus drivers about where I should wait for the bus and even showed my ticket. They told me I was at the right place and that I should keep waiting there. The 19:55 passed and I continued asking and was told that maybe the bus had delayed. After a long wait I decided to asked another driver there and Engen worker who was there with me on site and we were told that my bus had departed on the South side which I was not informed of because I should my ticket and was told that I was fine where I was. When I got to the South side I was pushed aside around 22:00 and was told that nothing can be done for me, my bus had left. Please note that I was not the only one there who experienced this, there were other people as well that I was with who were experiencing the same issue.
