Intercape bad service

What a bad service my wife boarded a bus yesterday from Umtata to Pretoria the bus schedule was 17.30 departure from Umtata then arrive in pretoria at 08h00 they have been stuck in Warden for 4 hours this morning till now when I am writing this review no bus came to fetch them its now 09h15 they are still in warden we will never use this company again they don't care about their passengers please people reconsider if you want to use this company
