Intercape bad review

Very poor service The bus driver was very rude i paid money for a bus ticket for an intercape bus and i didn't even get to ride on an intercape bus! I had to get onto a bus wich was not worth the amount money i paid for i am not happy or satisfied with the service or experience from intercape.
