INTERCAPE BAD BAD BAD

I think a 1 star is too much. There service is very bad. I bought a ticket from Pretoria to George through one of there agents for my sister. I paid the ticket and then they refused my sister to get onto the bus. Apparently a mistake by the bus driver. That was in February 2024. I am still struggling to get my refund. The previous time I made used of Intercape the front window was taped with duck tape to keep the rain out. They knew about this window before there departure from the depot.
