Intercape
Had very bad experience with this bus, on the 28 Sept took bus from cape Town to Johannesburg On our way we were stopped by the police all to find out the bus trailer was not closed properly by the drivers, come 29 when we arrived in Johannesburg I need to get my luggage there was no bag. The drivers only told us about the trailer that time my bag was gone with everything I had due to their negligence, wrote a complaint on the 29 they said should submit affidavit listing items I have on my bag did that submitted everything but haven't heard from them till today, please help me with this matter

12 Oct 2022, 18:22I recently got feedback from intercape about my case of luggage that got lost due to negligence of the drivers not closing the luggage compartment. Intercape has come forward offering me 1000 as final statement. The value of the items inside the luggage bag is more than that with that amount only covering the cost of one pair of my sneakers, yes I'm fully aware that not all items will be replaced but with respect from one human to another the amount issued is ridiculous as ill only cover not even 10% of the lost items. I there for feel that my rights have been violated by intercape and with the service I have received I shall never recommend intercape to any of my family
