What a bad service offered by Intercape. I booked a bus from jhb to Durban station. It was supposed to start off at 09am and arrive at 04pm in Durban. The bus came at 10:00am,it mixed people who booked Pretoria to Durban. Plus People from midrand. When we got to Heidelberg the traffic cops stopped the bus and said it is overloaded. We waited until 14:00 when the bus we were splitted then we left, 10km away from Heidelberg they said the bus only came to help us pass from the traffic cops. The passengers refused and called the head office they said both busses are straight to Durban, but clearly that was only to fool us. Clearly our safety means nothing to them. As we speak we are stuck in Harrismith, this are forcing us to be overloaded. They even fail to respect what the traffic cops said. Now it's 19:15 but we are still stuck. Worse part, most of us our journey does not end in Durban. All they care about is money. Not our lives. Not our safety. All they will do is to off load us in Durban station.
