Intercape at it again..leaves clients standed

Yesterday i booked a bus from klerksdoerp to pretoria then i het my first messag from intercape saying that the bus will be one hour and 30 min late.... then a second message saying we apologize but the bus will be 2houes late.. so i was supposed to leave at 16:45 so the bus being 2hours late it would be ppontless to sit and wait from 16:45... i got there 17:55 to make sure im atleast an hour early incas the bus made up a couple of min... turns out i waited there untill 9pm trying to make contact with intercape no one even wanted to assist me... i was told my ticket was forfeited because i missed the bus... i would not have missed my bus if i was not told that they will be two ours late.. now they dont want to assis me in booking me a bus home... i had to be at work today.. this is the worst service i have ever expierienced... i want intercape to put me on the next bus to pretoria as soon as possible..
