Intercape app not owned by intercape so who do we trust

I have never in my life had such a horrible service.from both the intercape bus drivers .intercaper app and the whole company as a whole.i bought a return ticket on the intercape app and was told on arrival that the name of my son is not there .i had to ask the driver to call after he insisted that my son name was not .then when we finally got the customer care care who told me my ticket was paid to a third party and that is not an app owned by intercape so i have to query this via email with them.and not even one person told me about the cancellation up until the tome of departure today.
