Intercape and Vodacom are killing me

I don't even feel like giving that one star. Vodacom and intercape have no idea what they are doing. "See my review on Vodacom. I bought voucher tried to book a ticket and the vouchers were invalid Vodacom has been " investigating since Sunday they have now given the "case of my ****** money" over to intercape who refuse to give me a date as to when I will receive my money. Last month I also bought voucher that amounted to more than the ticket price and they were invalid to R500 DO NOT BUY INTERCAPE VOUCHERS YOU PEOPLE. It's my own money for no services rendered why is there an investigation I hate everything!!!!! I had to borrow money to buy another ticket yesterday so that my daughter may come home at last.
