Intercape and their ***** stunts

Intercape mainliner buses did me dirty this weekend. I spent total of R1884 on their bus tickets for me and my daughter. How is it possible that someone books their bus and only be picked up on a uncomfortable skyliner bus that shakes you from one province to another without even toilet facilities that one paid for. I am angry, dissapointed and disgusted by intercape as this was suppose to be a perfect first time experience for my daughter in a comfortable bus which i fully paid for with my hard earned money only to get skyliner, if i wanted skyliner i would have booked it. Worse my child wasnt feeling well and the damn bus has no toilet, tv isnt working and it was very hot too, there were even elderly people in that bus. What a *******!!!

They did not even have the nerve to notify the passengers that they will do this. This company is disrespectful and took advantage of its passangers i feel violated, what a terrible way to start the year. Gaaaaaaah!
