Intercape abandons passengers and operates unroadworthy vehicles

During my brother's bus ride on the 18th of December, he got left behind at the stop in Hanover when going to buy water. We struggled for hours to get his luggage since we were told we would not be able to without the sticker which he had received. The woman who helped us was incredibly rude and said my brother was responsible for being left behind because the stop was not a refreshment stop, however, he was never told that he was not allowed to get off the bus and the bus drivers did not stop him. They knew he and two other passengers had disembarked and knowingly left without them, leaving them behind at 2 am in the morning.

This; along with the recent news that an Intercape bus was found to be unroadworthy after being stopped by a traffic official; has certainly caused our family to decide that we would never use their services again.
