INTERCAPE A DISGRACE!!!

WORST, PATHETIC SERVICE!!! The bus from Carletonville to Welkom for 2:45am was an hour late. To make matters worse my name was not on the list, had to call headoffice to verify which took an extra 30 minutes with my airtime as the drivers tablet suddenly switched off. There is NO covid protocols such as sanitization, social distancing, temperature reading. We are all squashed and packed in the bus!!! Bus reference number is B5A42EYC
