Intercape - A Disgrace!

This company is an absolute disgrace!! One of their mottos is "dependable", which they certainly are not. I booked a ticket for my son from Plett to Cape Town, well in advance. When the bus arrived, he was told, sorry the bus is full, please wait for the next bus. After a more than 2 hour wait, he is told, this bus is also too full! How can you sell more tickets than seats! He has now missed his flight to Durban tomorrow morning & a holiday in the Drakensberg & is stuck in Plett. I have sent 3 emails & made numerous calls, no one can help, absolutely useless!
