Their services are becoming appalling. Is it the lack of competition? Broken seats, buses not on schedule, arriving hours late. The worst is not even an apology or explanation from the staff on duty. If you're christian, pls give christian service which is per excellence, not this total lack of regard for the comfort of passengers.
