Intercape ***

Worst service ever. My fiancé was supposed to be on a bus from Ngodwana to Johannesburg at 12:50 already. He only received a message after 11:22 saying the bus is still at the Lebombo Border which is more than 2 hours away. Now we are told that the bus was supposed to leave there at 10:00am already. If they could see we will be delayed, why not inform us on time so we could have made the necessary arrangements?? Instead he is already waiting at the pick up destination and will be waiting for more than 4hours if the bus is still at the border at this time ( 14:17) . This is unacceptable and terrible service. I am not an expert in transporting but if we know that it is festive season and this happens around this time, why wasn't there provision made??? Why not employ more staff to make this go smoothly. We expect to be compensated for this inconvenience caused by poor planning. It is not like it was unforeseen since Intercape has been in this business for this long!!
