I booked a bus for my parents from Kimberly to Pretoria today they were unable to make it to the bus on time therefore i know found out that im forfeited over 1000 rands. Unforeseen circumstances led to them missing the bus how can I just loose my money like that and cant get a rebooking this is unfair and should be exposed. My tickecket number is ***6CO153
