Intercape ****

The worst. We booked online via Intercape, the bus was delayed no communication or whatsoever then next thing they bring us Big Sky bus that stops everywhere and drops people anywhere not even considering our safety. How do you stop in the middle of nowhere where we aren’t supposed to stop because passengers asked if they can at least drop them off near home. Also the toilet smelled bad throughout. I’ve had the worst experience with bus 501 from Durban on 08/10/23 at 10am. Next time when you book Intercape just cross your fingers that they don’t bring you what you did not book.
