<p>Purchased a ticket with computicket at Emfihlweni shoprite usave on the 24th of December 2016. I was charged R1198.00 for my partner and I to get to Durban.</p> <p>Ticket number : ********** 339IW425</p> <p> ********** 339GW332.</p> <p>When I arrived in Pretoria to my amazement I boarded a bus with people who had paid R360.00 for the same trip ... meanwhile we were charged R590.00 each. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was under the impression that it was a business class as it was more expensive than the greyhound . The bus was delayed . They didn't adhere to the departure time and it wasn't a double decker bus it was merely a standard bus. So I don't understand as to why we were charged such a ridiculous amount for a standard bus.</p> <p>The service of the bus wasn't good . The aircon was on the entire trip. It was only switched off when the other occupants raised several complaints </p> <p>Bus number :161/out</p> <p>I hereby demand a refund or some form of compensation for this ridiculous service .</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p>
