Inter Cape is not a proper bus to use !!!!

I travelled from bloemfomtein to Johannesburg with inter Cape and it was a very bad experience . when we got into the bus it was super hot like 35 degrees hot no one could stand that heat . Then when it was time to go they did not even switch on the air con, we had to depend on the little aircons on our sit , the bus was 30 degrees hot the whole time . This was an uncomfortable bus i have ever been into and I'll never do that again for people who pride themselves about safety , their service very very poor and life threatening we got people with blood pressure using busses for God sake !!
