On the 04 .10.2023 I bought a bus ticket at Durban station to JHB station for the bus to depart at around 20H00 indeed bus came and we were informed to proceed outside for our destination when I arrive there I found the guy at door asking if that was jhb bus the guy took my small sleep which was written no 467 and said to me get inside before I entered I asked him again is it jhb bus I wanted to be sure because there were about six buses at the time of same colour only different about the bus number.

I entered and seat until the time of departure the goes the bus .my destination time at jhb station was 04H30 that was not a problem with me as I was supposed to see my doctor at 10H00 when we were at Montrose for break we all moved out .then came back again goes the bus but now noticed that the driver is not the guy who took the sleep from me no problem I felt a sleep waking up at Bloemfontein when ather passengers entered

That was around 07H20 on 05.10..2023 then I started to worry now why is this bus took so long and why is it using Bloemfontein side ? But I thought maybe they using that side from Durban as it was my first time from Durban to JHB with a bus boom Kimberly now it was around 09H40 the driver told us we waiting for another passenger but his not far the me to the driver hi is this bus still going to JHB? Asked me the driver what do you mean cc ?I mean I see the time and we are in Kimberly while I was supposed to be at my doctor at this time and my ticket said the bus will be there at 04H30 okay cc you can wait for my manager as he is coming hear and explain to him what happened with you as this bus is going to Upington 😳😳😳to my surprise how? After a while of waiting the comes the sweet and understanding calming manager explained to him then he said I'm sorry for the matter Mem but I have to take you to Bloemfontein for the bus to JHB ok I thought that maybe that will happen during the day.

Only to find out that I will get another bus at half past seven at Bloemfontein to JHB I have not wash for the whole day imagine I haven't got enough money for food but I have to stay there I couldn't make it with the hospital for Chemo treatment and that will make me wait for another six months to get helped for that I couldn't take my medication because I'm hungry. I don't have proof for my work as I could not meet with the doctor because of delay.

The comes half past seven then the bus came I'm like swollen now from my legs to the feets .there goes the bus around 23H10 the bus have a breakdown leaking deseal we waited for the machenic until 01H30 in the morning came and Check but didn't help as it was more than him as he said we waited for the bus from Cape town which was on the way to JHB until 03H10 in the morning then we started again

We arrive at jhb about 09H50 in the morning.im so furius about this as it seems to be not safe travels for long destinations because we are different travelers with different stories and not everyone who travel is right in the pocket.at Bloemfontein office they promised to provide me with the letter of confirmation that I was delayed by them

As proof to produce at work and hospital.they my email address and phone number but until now no one borderd to call or sent an email to *** so said
