Inexcusable horrible service

Horrible service no communication what so ever. Bus schedule to depart at 3pm, it now 6pm no communication I've called call center three times and they keep saying in 20 minutes. They don't even care about the customer on arrival what are they supposed to do. This is wrong someone needs to close Intercape it shouldn't operate anymore.

What is worse is they don't care to do anything.
