Inefficient Intercape-Parkstation boarding

Intercape - Park station gave me the most inefficient boarding experience I have ever had. It was the first time getting left by the bus having arrived 30minutes before departure. They should state that passengers must arrive at the station 2 hours before. And the worst part is that no arrangement is made to refund or get you on another bus and they insist on us buying another ticket????? How does that work. Never again Intercape-Parkstation I’m Done. I wish I could post my bus ticket times and the time I got my parking ticket at park station as proof for what i’m saying.
