Inconvenienced

To start, the bus was terribly late, there was no communication from the bus line. Upon getting to Kroonvaal, another bus heading to Cape Town had left behind 3 passagers. We phoned the call center to alert them of this only for our driver to asked to turn back to collect those passagers causing a bigger delay. I chose the bus that I chose because I was headed to a burial and had to be there early. What's the point of traveling from Pretoria to Queenstown for a burial only to arrive after the funeral???? Please make this make sense
