Inconvenience and poor service! The worst!

My bus was meant to leave Mount Frere to East London at 12:30pm. And I’m still waiting for the bus.

I got an sms saying that bus is 1h45m late. The time now is 15:33pm. That’s 3hours late! Totally unacceptable!
