We bought 2 bus tickets to Durban for family to leave Park station at 08:30am on 28.09.2015. Was duly shown to the bus after standing in the queue for 30 minutes to check in. Once at the bus we noticed that the bus was already full with passengers from another stop and upon querying with the driver regarding the loading and departure time we were told to wait for the other bus which they did not know what time it will be arriving. The bus arrived 20 minutes later and then the driver was to *********** to check the passengers details and get them boarded timeously. Boarding took another 25 minutes with assistance from other staff members. The bus eventually left Park station 1h10 mins later and arrived in Durban 2 hours later than scheduled.
