If I could rate them minus infinity I could. We took a bus last night from park station to Durban via Pietermaritzbug. Since the time we've left Guateng the bus has been stopping almost everywhere according to the drivers the bus only has pipes have a problems when we reached Montrose. Right now we've been parking outside Tugela toll gate for the past three hours. When I called the Pretoria call center a very rude lady named Jodene who claimed to be the night supervisor says according her there is an accident outside Pietermaritzburg hence we are stationary. When we informed her there are coaches who have people who left at the same as us are halfway to Durban . Called again asked to speak to a Supervisor and the operator Xesi or something like that says the supervisor is now off then I was put through to Merlin who the 1st person to tell the truth who informed that our Bus has a water leak Bus (160) and Bus (161) was stuck in accident. I have which I will have to miss due to this inconvenience. Thank you for this Intercape. Please note the drivers haven't said a word regarding this matter
