Incompetence of the highest order

I honestly dissapointed with the poor service from this bus service really never in my life have ever experienced such disregard for human life....my bought a ticket on the 17/02/2021 to return the next morning on the 18/02/2021....the bus never arrived in Theunissen Free State by the Piet retief collection point ....instead he had to hike a 100 miles to the nearest town were they informed that this is nothing new it always happens that passangers are left stranded with out them informing them ....this is very unprofessional and very dangerous as my husbund don't even know the area in the Free state ....I am warning u if anything has to happen to my husband i will hold u personally accountable for everything as this has brought much stress to my family ....i will make it known on all social media platforms of this even if i have to go to Cart Blanch and drag your name through the mud i will do it with pleasure....
