Incompetence at its finest

I wish I could give them zero!

Yesterday, June 7, my sister was to travel on the bus from East London to Knysna. She was on time. She had a legit permit, stamped and a letter on the school letterhead too to prove she did indeed qualify to travel.

She had an ID cardtoo as proof she is indeed a student at the schools she was going to.

Your driver REFUSED her entry unless she had the permit printed, it was scanned from Knysna, and with everything closed unable to do so. Most people on your bus line did not need to print it and nowhere on your website or the government gazette did it make it a mandatory step.

She then printed it,and he said she must drive to King Williams Town to catch the bus. One hour later she arrives and he tells her to go to Pedi, then Grahamstown!!!

I ended up being forced to purchase a second ticket and pay over R1000 for a metred taxi to take her up and down because of his incompetence. The second bus driver accepted everyone's digital permit with no issue.

That is money we do not have.

How is this even okay? Your staff in East London were helpful but could not do more.
