My daugher and little sister(16&15) visited me in Cradock. Booked Intercape for their return to Pretoria. The bus arrived on time for departure at Cradock, and also arrived on time at Bosman station, Pretoria. Safe journey. Just encourage your bus facilitators to assist passengers with loading their luggage. Even in taxis passengers do not load their luggage.
