I'm very not ok

I'm not happy with intercape at all,on the 24th of December we stacked on a hire way for 3hours and now today we were supposed to leave by 8 and we still standing here there is no bus

Mind you if you are late the bus leave you without even thinking twice but the bus can be just late

On the 24th of December they even left one passenger at Montrose because they couldn't wait for him after a very long journey that is our only cafe from Bloemfontein and they left him

I've been a customer since 2022 but looks like I'll just change
