Ill treated client by intercape

I took an intercape bus from Grahamstown to Durban on 10 November 2019. Firstly the bus was almost 2 hours late and I never informed me of the delay. Secondly the bus got stuck 20km outside of Kokstad for over 4 hours and they did not even compensate us with food atleast because we sat there all morning till afternoon with no food or even water and the bus did not have any pit stop since I left Grahamstown the previous night. Im really not happy our we were treated in this situation.
